Water Advisory Notice (UPDATE 12/04/2023)
for Santa Teresa and Sunland Park

The following areas in Sunland Park and Santa Teresa, NM are advised to continue using alternative sources of water until further notice:
- Valencia Park
- Villa Valencia
- Santa Teresa Industrial Park area
Residents in the affected areas will also receive emergency alert notifications to their mobile phones via FEMA's Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) system. When mobile phones in the target area connect with their provider's cell tower, the system sends out continuous messages to all mobile phones in the coverage area until delivered. Residents who were not in the area when the initial message was sent should receive it upon entering the targeted area.
CRRUA, Sunland Park Fire Department, Doña Ana County employees and the Office of Emergency Management continue to provide support to resolve the issue.
CRRUA customers may pick up bottled water at the following location today:
- The Sports Complex – 4700 McNutt Rd., Santa Teresa, NM
- TIME 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Las siguientes áreas en Sunland Park y Santa Teresa, NM deberán continuar el uso de fuentes alternativas de agua hasta nuevo aviso:
• Valencia Park
• Villa Valencia
• Santa Teresa Industrial Park
Los residentes de las áreas afectadas también recibirán notificaciones de alerta de emergencia en sus teléfonos móviles a través del Sistema Integrado de Alerta y Advertencia Pública (IPAWS) de FEMA. Cuando los teléfonos móviles del área de destino se conectan con la torre de telefonía móvil de su proveedor, el Sistema envía mensajes continuos a todos los teléfonos móviles del área de coberta hasta que se entregan. Los residentes que no establan en el área cuando se envoi el mensaje inicial deberían recibirlo al ingresar al área objetivo.
Los empleados de CRRUA, del Departament o de Bomberos de Sunland Park y Santa Teresa y de la Oficina de Gestión de Emergencias continúan ofreciendo apoyo para resolver el problema.
Los clientes de CRRUA pueden pasar a recoger agua embotellada en los siguientes lugares el día de hoy:
• The Sports Complex – 4700 McNutt Rd., Santa Teresa
• Horario: de la 01:00 a las 05:00 PM
